Halloween in Playa de Palma for Groups: Age Rules, Seating and Budget

Three guests wearing Halloween masks at a table with drinks at Tabana in Playa de Palma

Planning Halloween in Playa de Palma with friends? Give everyone one evening to look forward to. At Tabana, we bring à la carte dinner, special Halloween food and drinks, themed live shows and a party atmosphere together on Saturday 31 October 2026.

Come with your holiday group, celebrate a birthday or gather friends who live in Mallorca. Before you book, agree who is coming, where you want to sit and how much each person is prepared to spend. Here is what your group needs to know.

Halloween at Tabana: the details to share with your group

Send these details to everyone before confirming your reservation:

  • Date: Saturday 31 October 2026.
  • Location: Tabana, Avinguda de Son Rigo, 4, Playa de Palma, Mallorca.
  • Age: all guests must be 18 or over.
  • Doors: 8pm. Arrive at the time shown on your confirmed reservation.
  • Downstairs: €125 minimum spend per person on food and drinks.
  • Upstairs balcony: €100 minimum spend per person on food and drinks.
  • Costumes: encouraged, but not compulsory.

Our Halloween age rule: everyone must be 18 or over

This Halloween celebration is for adults. Every person in your booking must be at least 18, so check the ages of everyone attending before organising the table. An adult group booking does not make the event suitable for an under-18 guest.

If you are organising a birthday or a mixed-age holiday group, settle this before collecting contributions or arranging costumes. For questions about entry requirements, contact our team before reserving.

Downstairs or upstairs balcony: which area should your group choose?

We have two seating areas for Halloween. The difference to agree first is the level of the venue and the minimum spend per person.

Downstairs seating: €125 per person

Choose the ground-floor area if that is where your group would like to dine. The food and drink minimum is €125 for each guest. Make sure everyone is comfortable with that commitment before requesting the reservation.

Upstairs balcony: €100 per person

The balcony is on the upper level, with a food and drink minimum of €100 for each guest. It offers the lower minimum spend of the two areas, which can make a difference when you are coordinating several people’s budgets.

Both areas are part of our Halloween event. If particular views, access or table positions matter to your group, ask us about the available arrangements. Tell us if you need everyone seated together, and have the team confirm what is possible for your party size before booking.

Calculate your Halloween group budget

The minimum spend is the amount each person commits to spending on food and drinks. It is not an additional entrance fee or a fixed menu price. Your final bill depends on what you order.

These totals show the combined minimum for groups of different sizes, assuming everyone books the same area:

Halloween 2026 food and drink minimums at Tabana
GuestsDownstairs, €125 eachBalcony, €100 each
4€500€400
6€750€600
8€1,000€800
10€1,250€1,000

The difference is €25 per person, or €200 for eight guests. These are minimums, rather than spending limits. Allow for the orders you want to make above that amount, plus your own travel and costume costs.

The event minimum is stated per person. Do not assume that one guest’s higher spending offsets another guest’s lower spending; ask our team how it applies to your booking. Our minimum-spend guide explains the questions to ask before confirming.

Prepare your Halloween group booking

A few decisions now make the night easier to organise. Before booking, work through this checklist:

  • Confirm your headcount: include every guest and check that everyone is 18 or over.
  • Agree the area and budget: share the per-person minimum, rather than only the group total.
  • Discuss seating: contact us for a large booking or any request to sit together.
  • Share dietary needs: tell us about allergies or other requirements before confirming.
  • Read the booking conditions: check any deposit, cancellation or headcount-change terms shown for your reservation.
  • Choose one organiser: have one person share the confirmation and arrival time with everyone.

If your group size changes, contact us promptly to discuss the reservation. For a birthday or another celebration, let us know the occasion when you enquire.

Dinner, drinks and live shows for your group

Bring the group to Tabana if you want dinner to be part of your Halloween night. You can order from our regular à la carte menu alongside special Halloween food and drinks, with themed live performances during the evening.

Sharing starters can get the table talking, while ordering à la carte gives each guest a choice of dishes. Browse our menu, share the drinks selection and read our guide to Halloween dinner at Tabana if the group wants more detail about the food and dining experience.

Coordinate costumes and your journey to Playa de Palma

A group costume can become part of the fun before you arrive. Choose a shared theme, dress individually or add a Halloween detail to your evening outfit. Costumes are encouraged, but nobody needs a full costume to join the celebration.

We are at Avinguda de Son Rigo, 4, in Playa de Palma. Share that address with everyone, especially if some guests are staying in central Palma. Agree how you will arrive and get home, including whether your group needs more than one vehicle. Our Palma to Playa de Palma evening travel guide can help you prepare.

Book your group’s Halloween night at Tabana

If you are looking for Halloween for groups in Mallorca, come to Tabana for a night that gives everyone a shared plan: dinner, drinks, live shows and a reason to dress for the occasion.

We recommend advance booking, particularly for groups. Confirm your numbers, agree the seating area and reserve Halloween on 31 October 2026. For a larger party or a seating question, speak to our team before confirming.

Frequently asked questions about Halloween group bookings

Can an under-18 guest attend with an adult group?

No. Our Halloween event is for guests aged 18 and over. Everyone included in the reservation must meet that age requirement.

What is the difference between downstairs and balcony seating?

Downstairs is the ground-floor area, with a €125 food and drink minimum per person. The upstairs balcony has a €100 minimum per person. Ask our team about table positions, access and your group’s seating arrangement before booking.

How much should a group of eight budget?

The combined food and drink minimum is €1,000 downstairs or €800 on the balcony. Each guest’s minimum is €125 or €100 respectively. Orders above the minimum increase the final bill; travel and costumes need their own budget.

Can everyone in our group sit together?

Tell us your exact party size and seating request before confirming. Our team can discuss the available arrangement. A group reservation alone should not be taken as confirmation of one large table.

Do we all need to wear Halloween costumes?

No. Costumes are encouraged but optional. Your group can coordinate a theme, wear different costumes or come in suitable evening outfits with Halloween details.

What time should our group arrive?

Doors open at 8pm on Saturday 31 October 2026. Follow the arrival time on your confirmed reservation and share it with every guest.
